Training with Paul and Tom has completely changed my attitude towards exercise. Before signing up with them I’d been one of those people who’d half heartedly gone to the gym – thinking I’d done really well if I’d managed to go for two 1-hour sessions in a week – and never really pushed myself once there. I had every good intention but always “failed in the execution” mostly because I did the same thing every time I went and found it incredibly boring!
Getting into a regular and intensive training programme with Paul & Tom was very easy and because I saw results pretty quickly, I was really motivated to keep at it.
About 6 weeks into my training, I got engaged – and what better incentive to stick with it than a wedding in 6 months’ time?!! What’s really worked for me is the variety – having two trainers who put together different training sessions each time has meant that I haven’t felt like I’ve been getting stuck in a rut or been bored by a repetitive workout. And it’s not just about the exercise – they’ve also taught me about nutrition and it’s a combination of the diet and exercise that gets the results.
This has now become a way of life for me. Outside of my training I actually look forward to going to the gym and feel out of sorts if I don’t exercise – and I never thought I’d be the kind of person who felt like that about working out!
