10 Sessions

For anyone looking for a push or a kick start, we would recommend a 10 week course of two ninety-minute sessions per week. You will be also be given a programme to complete on your own.

Postnatal Package (20 sessions x 1hr per session)
Once you have been given the all clear at your 6 week post partum check up, you can begin a structured tailor made programme designed by us.

Our focus is to :

  • Assist you drop unwanted body fat fast
  • Strengthen, tighten and tone stomach muscles
  • Recondition & strengthen lower back
  • Improve posture & overall fitness levels
