We are very flexible in how we work with you.
20 Sessions
We recommend that anyone wanting to gain maximum results completes a six week programme of three ninety-minute sessions per week.Within this time you will be taught how to exercise safely and correctly, given a nutritional plan, will lose excess body fat and increase your overall fitness levels.
10 Sessions
For anyone who is a regular gym user, looking for a kick start, or is already at a good level of fitness, we would recommend a 10 week course of two ninety-minute sessions per week. You will be also be given a programme to complete on your own.
Single Sessions
This is a single ninety-minute training session during which you'll be taught the routine and how to exercise properly.
