The Ellis Stockwell six-week personal training programme is a bespoke fitness regime that will help you attain the shape and fitness levels that you've always wanted. We combine cardiovascular, strength and weight-bearing training with pilates-based exercises and even the techniques used by professional athletes to create the perfect workout for you. These will condition, tone and strengthen the whole body - you'll lose weight, drop body fat and get into the jeans or dress you've always dreamed of.
We've worked with hundreds of different people and are able to meet extremely varied needs so whether you are older, young or middle-aged; overweight or underweight, very fit or have never exercised before we will find the perfect programme for you.

The six-week programme will consist of three 90-minute sessions per week and will begin and end with a full assessment that will tell you how exactly how far you've come, although you won't need the scales to tell you - your waistband will!
