I have trained with Paul and Tom for the last two years now and have really enjoyed the workouts they give me. When I signed for Chelsea they wanted me to drop some weight and body fat and strengthen up a bit. A friend recommended that I use EllisStockwell and I haven't looked back since. I have become leaner, fitter, and feel twice as strong. In fact I would say that I'm in the best shape of my life. The programme is very enjoyable and I love seeing the progression I'm making. I enjoy it most when we do a bit of boxing work. I actually can't wait for my next session.

Being a personal trainer myself, I just felt that I needed a new challenge and an extra push, as I wanted to really tone up for my holiday. Just three weeks into training with Ellisstockwell I was noticing my abs became a lot flatter and they were really firming up along with my arms, legs and bum. I was really pushed and I really enjoyed my training sessions especially the abdominal work. After completing a 6 week course I can honestly say my body is now looking very toned and I feet as fit and strong as ever.

"I really, really hate exercise - I am one of those people who would rather stick pins in my eyes than even think about doing a sit-up. Before I met Tom and Paul, I hadn't taken any form of exercise (apart from walking) since I'd left school over twenty years before. I'd also lost a lot of weight, which was nice but which left me with noticeably un-toned bits. Not only did they demonstrate that it is possible to become fit in six weeks, but they completely changed the way I looked, hitting the bits that dieting alone can't fix and performing miracles on them -- even on my stomach, which, after three Caesarians and considerable weight loss, wasn't a pretty sight. It wasn't fun, exactly, but what I like about them is that their course is finite - you don't think "I'm going to have to go to the gym for ever": all you have to do is turn up for six weeks. Plus, after you've completed the first week and provided you don't follow each session with a cake-binge, you can literally watch your body change shape as the days go by, which is incredibly encouraging. Two years down the line, I'm back seeing them, and have lost another whopping load of inches through their training. I'm not the only one: every time I turn up for a session, I notice someone else shrinking before my eyes. I wouldn't say I'm a convert to exercise, quite, but I'm getting there, and amazing myself in the process because, like I said, I'm not a natural gym fan. A great deal of this is due to the obvious results they deliver, of course, but also to Tom and Paul themselves, who make me laugh through a lot of my sessions and who are really encouraging and supportive - the opposite of those trainers who sneer at you because you aren't a size 2 with abs of steel. They're great, and so is their programme."
